LH Today has determined that the soft opening concept is the greatest thing going in the restaurant industry.

In fact, it's brilliant!

With six Zato meals already under our belt, and their official grand opening this week, we now have a great excuse to return and try something new.

For readers who haven't yet visited Zato Thai Cuisine and Sushi Bar, print the Deal of the Week coupon and have at it!

Their Grand Opening is set for this Tuesday, November 10th, but the LH Today DOTW is good for both lunch and dinner through the 15th.

Since then, we’ve added to our list of recommendations from the menu.

For lunch, both the Sashimi and Sushi Bento Boxes are excellent.

The Bento Boxes come with four pieces of the roll of the day. Last week when we stopped in for lunch the Rainbow Roll was being featured, and it was an excellent compliment to the Sashimi Tuna.

Sushi Chef Rat Phetcharat commented that the Zato Tower (on the Chef’s Specialty Menu) seems to be a crowd favorite so far.

We haven't yet sampled it, but several friends are already giving it a big thumbs up!

“It was a long process to get to this point, so we are excited to finally be officially open,” says Phetcharat.

“We appreciate all the people who have stopped in so far and look forward seeing everyone during our grand opening week.”
