The Christy|Norcross|Thomas Real Estate group is giving a whole new meaning to the term "full house."

How about an open house tour that offers a plethora of choices and the chance to win some great prizes?

"This is our way of taking the open house process to a different level," says team member, Jason Thomas.


"We're making it a fun, neighborhood event in the process."

This Sunday, May 1st, the C|N|T group will hold 12 of their listings open from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

They're inviting everyone 18 years of age and older to come out, visit the homes, and draw a playing card at each location.

The more houses you visit, the better your odds at a winning hand.

"At 4:30 we invite all of the card holders to gather under the tent between Atomic Pie and Offshore's Next Door," says Glen Christy.

"That's the time to play your best hand, and see if you're a winner."

Atomic Pie will offer pizza bites and Offshore's will tap a keg for the players.

"We'll have American Express gift cards for first, second and third place," says partner Robin Norcross.

"Of course, most important are the bragging rights!"

So head out on Sunday and be a part of what's sure to become a memorable neighborhood tradition.
